Return of Products

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

It is possible to cancel your order in the following cases:

a) Before sending / receiving the product – Cancellation is possible by sending an e-mail to [email protected] or by phone to +30 2105778003 (Daily 10: 00-14: 00).

In case you want to cancel your order, you will have to inform us only until the next working day after your order entry and until 12:00 noon. We will inform you by e-mail or telephone when the money will be deposited into your account. If you have chosen a different payment method, we will only inform you about the completion of your order cancellation.

After the 1-day exclusivity deadline, the order can not be canceled, with the expense of shipping and delivery charges.

The business reserves the right to check your details and not to serve you in the future if a repeat cancellation is observed more than twice.

b) After receiving the product – You can exercise your right of withdrawal as set out below.

Right of Withdraw

You have the right to withdraw unjustifiably from your order within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement with a clear statement before the expiration of the above deadline.

You must return the product to the best condition you received. The basic condition for the withdrawal is that the returned product has not been used, it is in perfect condition, just before its sale, in its original packaging (box, etc.) which should not be damaged, and with all contents of the original packaging.

To accept the return of the product, the original purchase receipt (retail receipt, invoice) must be presented by the person who originally purchased the product.

Consequences of Withdraw

If you withdraw from the sales contract, we will refund you all the money we received from you, except shipping costs. Additional shipping costs due to your choice (for example, cash on delivery) are not included in the money that will be refunded by us.

The refund will take place within thirteen (30) calendar days of the day we receive and check the product. We will perform the above refund with the same payment instrument as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed with us for something else where in this case, any additional costs you incur.

You only pay for the shipping costs of the products you return and it is at your discretion and responsibility to choose how to return and deliver the products to the business. Alternatively, you have the opportunity to bring the products to our laboratory (Ippokratous 10, Peristeri) in order to omit the return expenses.

Change – Return of Products

The business allows you to change the product you received with another one within thirteen (30) calendar days of receiving it. You must return the product to the best condition you received.

In the event of a change and return of the product (s), fill in the special Return Form, which you will find here, to inform us of the reasons for the change and the way you want us to serve you. In the offer / discount products, the cost of the refund is charged to you.

The basic prerequisite for the change is that the returned product is not used, it is in perfect condition, just before it is sold, in its original original packaging (box etc.) which should not be damaged or damaged, with all the contents of the original packaging, accompanied by the necessary purchase document.

In our business we examine our products in detail before shipping. If any of our products exhibit a defect or clearly visible wear, you are entitled to return the product you received within thirteen (30) calendar days of receipt, at no cost.

Your Return Form gives you the following alternatives:

Replacement: Our business will do the best to replace your product that you returned, either this product is defective (same code, change of textile or color), wrong code was sent or size is inappropriate for you. For your best possible service, we suggest you inform us, either by phone or email, within 2 working days of the date of your receipt.

Fill in the special return form you will find here and send it together with the product to be replaced in its original original box (box etc.), with all the contents of the original packaging and accompanied by the necessary purchase receipt.

If the product is checked by us and the fault is not due to improper use or damage during shipping but to our proven fault, we will replace or repair it or give you the right of withdrawal without your extra charge within 5 working days, unless such action is impossible or requires disproportionate costs.

If the product you want is not available, you will receive an email for the delivery date (maximum delivery time is 20 business days).
